Why Should I Trust Finn Law Group?

Over time, many timeshare consumers eventually seek to find a way out of their commitment to their interest, whether due to frustrations with their resort company, a change in lifestyle, or steadily rising fees, including maintenance fees and special assessments.

As these consumers begin to seek out relief, many find themselves with multiple options available – and unsure where to turn for answers.

At this point, curious searchers may ask themselves a question along the lines of: “What sets Finn Law Group apart?” or even, “Why should I trust Finn Law Group?”

Our own Michael Finn recently offered his thoughts on those questions in a video interview, which you may view below:

And here’s a transcript of his remarks:

Indeed, a terrific question, knowing that trust is something that is earned over a period of time. The better question might be, “How can I gain enough information about Finn Law Group to make a competent hiring decision?” To that answer, we put a number of things out there that are available to you so you can do some due diligence. Our own website is very, very good, but of course, we control our own content on our website.

On every email, for example, that I send out, I send out a number of links. One of the links is to the Michigan Bar Association, who will tell you that I’ve been a member of the Michigan Bar since 1970 with no disciplinary actions whatsoever. Another third party is the Florida Bar Association, who will tell you that I’ve been a member there since 2011, again with no disciplinary actions whatsoever.

There are two attorney rating services that we’ll refer you to in our emails as well. One is known as Avvo. On Avvo, there is over 100 client testimonials that you could look at that, probably folks that have had the same issues that you’ve had, have hired us and speak well of us at the conclusion of our representation. Another one is lawyers.com, which essentially is the same thing. We try very, very hard to earn your trust as we are representing you, but hopefully we can give you a comfort level before you have to make that plunge, because hiring a professional is not something that you should take lightly.”
